DESCRIPTION: The webinar will focus on the validity of gaze evoked nystagmus as it is a fundamental component of the field sobriety test. The difficulties encountered by a police officer in assessing nystagmus at the roadside will be discussed. Is gaze evoked nystagmus present in the normal population?
