Edward “Fast Eddy” Kuwatch, who was a prominent California attorney, founded the California DUI Deuce Defenders in 1989. This association became the California DUI Lawyers Association. Starting January 1, 2024, CDLA will be celebrating its 35^th anniversary and will be launching a new promotional brochure that will be available to our members via electronic and hard-copy format.
